Virtual Assistant - Healthcare Compliance

We are a growing UK healthcare recruitment agency looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Compliance Virtual Assistant to support our candidate onboarding and compliance processes. Responsibilities * Chasing outstanding compliance documents from candidates. * Checking ID, Right to Work and training certificates. * Updating candidate records and spreadsheets. * Organising compliance files and documents. * Sending emails and following up with candidates. * Supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks. Requirements * Excellent attention to detail. * Strong communication skills. * Experience in administration, recruitment or compliance is desirable but not essential. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs). Training Full training will be provided. No previous healthcare compliance experience is required if you are willing to learn and follow processes. Pay This role starts at an introductory rate during the training period (open to discussion). Following successful completion of training and demonstration of competency, the rate will increase, with opportunities for additional hours and long-term work.
