## Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation & Business Development I’m looking for a reliable, motivated virtual assistant to help grow my pavement maintenance company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This position will initially focus on lead generation, research, and email outreach, but I am looking for someone who can grow with the company. For the right person, this can eventually become a full-time virtual assistant/business development position with increased responsibilities, higher pay, and incentives or bonuses for contracts that are successfully won through your outreach. ### Initial Responsibilities * Research churches, apartment complexes, shopping centers, property management companies, commercial properties, leasing offices, gas stations, and other businesses that may need pavement maintenance. * Find the property manager, facility manager, maintenance manager, general manager, owner, or other decision-maker. * Find and verify accurate email addresses and phone numbers. * Build and maintain an organized lead spreadsheet/CRM. * Send personalized outreach emails using templates I provide. * Follow up with leads that have not responded. * Keep track of emails sent, replies, follow-ups, estimates requested, and potential opportunities. * Identify properties that may need parking lot striping, sealcoating, crack filling, curb painting, pressure washing, or other pavement maintenance. * Avoid duplicate leads and maintain accurate records. ### Our Services We provide: * Parking lot striping and restriping * ADA-compliant pavement markings * Fire lane and curb painting * Sealcoating * Crack filling * Pressure washing * General pavement maintenance ### Growth Opportunity I am not looking for someone just to complete a short-term project. I would like to find someone dependable who can grow with the business. As the company grows, this position can expand into a full-time assistant/business development role that may include: * Managing our lead database and CRM * Following up with potential customers * Scheduling estimates * Managing customer communications * Helping organize jobs and calendars * Managing email and administrative tasks * Helping with social media and online business listings * Researching new commercial opportunities * Coordinating with customers and employees * Assisting with other day-to-day business operations There will also be opportunities for performance incentives or bonuses based on contracts and customers generated through your outreach. ### Who I'm Looking For I want someone who is: * Reliable and consistent * Detail-oriented * Good at online research * Comfortable communicating professionally in English * Organized with spreadsheets and lead tracking * Comfortable with cold email outreach * Interested in a long-term position * Motivated by the opportunity to grow with a new company Experience with Google Maps, Google Sheets/Excel, lead generation, email research, CRM systems, property management research, and cold outreach is preferred.
