About us: We're a social media management agency serving growing businesses across the US. We're looking for a sharp, reliable VA to fuel our client pipeline. What you'll do: - Search Upwork daily for jobs that match our service criteria (we'll give you a clear rubric) - Write and submit tailored proposals using our templates and tools - Reach out to qualified prospects to book discovery calls (via our scheduling link) - Flag high-value opportunities for custom proposals - Light miscellaneous support tasks as needed You're a great fit if you: - Have strong written English and attention to detail - Can tell the difference between a quality lead and a time-waster - Are organized, self-directed, and consistent -Have prior Upwork, lead-gen, or VA experience (a plus) Details: - Monday–Friday, ~2–3 hours/day - $3–4/hour, depending on experience - Long-term role with room to grow as we scale To apply: Send a short Loom video (2-3 minutes max) answering these questions.
