Virtual Assistant/Marketing/Sales for Real Estate Sales Agent/Broker

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer and marketing Virtual Assistant with working experience supporting US based real estate salesperson/agent/broker only. If you don't have a working experience working and supporting and lead generation and marketing/sales for US based real estate salesperson agents/broker, please do NOT apply. Person should have experience in residential and commercial real estate, with skills in marketing (email marketing, social media posts, instagram, customer service, email communication skills). The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, manage client communications, generate leads through various resources, MLS, listings and searches of real estate properties, and help with marketing initiatives (email marketing and social media) to promote our mortgage services. Strong organizational skills and knowledge of the real estate industry are essential in addition to strong English language verbal and writing skills. If you have an experience in lending and morgages in private, hard money, commercial and residential mortgages is big plus, as we are also a commercial and private lender.
