Virtual Assistant - Marketing (Remote, Full-Time) We are a fast-growing, female-led digital content agency based in Bangkok, looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help run our marketing team. This is not a basic admin VA role. You will lead a small marketing team day to day, make sure tasks are moving, and help plan how campaigns and content get rolled out. What you will be doing - Coordinating the daily work of marketing team: - Following up with each team member daily to make sure tasks are on track - Helping plan content and posting schedules for new campaigns and launches - Running daily morning check-ins to assign priorities - Keeping a simple tracker of what's done, what's pending, and what's overdue - Checking team output and flagging anything that needs fixing or redoing - Reporting daily progress and issues directly to the COO Job details Full-time, Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Bangkok time Salary: $1000 Fully remote What we are looking for - Experience as a virtual assistant, coordinator, or team lead - Comfortable keeping a small team organized and on track - Strong communication and follow-up skills - Proactive and detail-focused - Fluent in English To apply, please include: - A brief intro on your VA or coordination experience - One example of a team or task you have helped manage - Your time zone and availability
