Virtual Assistant – Marketplace Listing & E-commerce Support

About the Role Petal & Lux is looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help expand our online presence by listing and managing women's fashion products across multiple resale and e-commerce platforms. The goal is to maximize visibility, increase traffic, and drive sales by ensuring our products are consistently posted and optimized across all major marketplaces. Responsibilities Create and publish product listings on: Vinted Poshmark Mercari Depop Facebook Marketplace eBay (if applicable) Additional fashion marketplaces as needed Upload product photos and videos provided by the company Write compelling product titles and descriptions using provided templates Research keywords and hashtags to improve listing visibility Ensure pricing, sizing, and inventory information are accurate across platforms Refresh, relist, and update listings regularly to maintain visibility Share and engage with listings on platforms that reward activity (such as Poshmark) Track listings in a spreadsheet and report weekly performance metrics Monitor messages and notify owner of customer inquiries Identify new marketplaces and selling opportunities Maintain brand consistency across all platforms Requirements Previous experience listing products on Poshmark, Mercari, Vinted, Depop, eBay, or similar marketplaces Strong attention to detail Excellent written English Familiarity with women's fashion is a plus Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Organized and comfortable working from spreadsheets and shared folders Success Metrics Number of listings created per week Consistency of listings across platforms Traffic and engagement growth Sales generated from marketplace channels Accuracy and quality of listings Hours Part-Time (10–20 hours per week to start) Flexible schedule
