Virtual Assistant – Mental Health Private Practice (Remote/Part-Time)

This is a remote, part-time position with a consistent weekly schedule. Schedule (Ongoing, Part-Time) Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM EST Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM EST Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST Sunday: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM EST Hours may be subject to slight change. Responsibilities Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone (scheduling, reminders, general inquiries) Maintain and organize digital files, schedules, and records Manage and update spreadsheets for tracking various practice operations Support day-to-day administrative tasks using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets) Assist with general office organization and task follow-through Required Qualifications Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) Comfortable using Google Workspace tools Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working in a healthcare-adjacent setting with attention to confidentiality Preferred Qualifications Experience with SimplePractice (EHR/practice management platform for therapists) Prior administrative or virtual assistant experience, ideally in a healthcare or wellness setting
