Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help organize and manage a busy email inbox and assist with outreach activities. Responsibilities Clean up and organize email inboxes Create folders, labels, and filtering systems Unsubscribe from irrelevant emails and reduce inbox clutter Categorize and prioritize important messages Follow up on outstanding emails when needed Assist with outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn Research and identify potential contacts Track outreach efforts and responses Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets Requirements Previous experience with email management and inbox organization Strong written English communication skills Experience with Gmail and/or Google Workspace Attention to detail and ability to work independently Comfortable following processes and maintaining confidentiality Experience with outreach, lead generation, or LinkedIn prospecting is a plus Preferred Skills Gmail filters and automation Google Sheets LinkedIn outreach CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.) Basic research skills Project Details Initial project: Inbox cleanup and organization Ongoing work available for the right candidate Start your proposal with the word "Organized" so we know you've read the entire job post.
