Title: Virtual Assistant Needed to Create & Optimize Profiles for Video Production / Real Estate Media Services Job Description: I am looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help create, set up, and optimize business/service profiles across multiple platforms to promote and sell my video production and real estate media services. My services include: Real estate HDR photography Real estate video tours 360 virtual tours Drone photography Drone videography Airbnb / short-term rental content Restaurant, hotel, and business promotional videos Social media reels and short-form video content The goal is to create professional, optimized profiles that help attract clients, generate leads, and present the business as premium, trustworthy, and conversion-focused. Platforms may include: Upwork Fiverr Google Business Profile LinkedIn Instagram TikTok YouTube Vimeo Behance Clutch ProductionHUB Workana Freelancer Other relevant directories or freelance platforms for video production and real estate media services Photos, videos, logos, portfolio materials, and business information will be provided through Google Drive. Your role will be to organize the materials, create profiles, upload the right assets, write optimized descriptions, and make sure each profile is properly set up to sell the services. Responsibilities: Create professional profiles on selected platforms Write or refine service descriptions for each platform Upload portfolio photos, videos, logos, banners, and other assets Optimize profiles with keywords related to real estate video, HDR photography, drone services, 360 tours, Airbnb content, and video production Create service packages where applicable Ensure branding is consistent across all platforms Add contact information, portfolio links, service locations, and business details Research best practices for each platform Make each profile look complete, professional, and sales-focused Track all completed profiles in a Google Sheet with login details, profile links, status, and notes Ideal Candidate: Experience creating freelancer, agency, or business profiles Strong English writing skills Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, or similar platforms Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization Good eye for branding and presentation Comfortable working with Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets Experience with video production, real estate media, photography, or marketing is a plus Able to work independently and follow instructions carefully Deliverables: Fully completed and optimized profiles on selected platforms Profile descriptions and service descriptions written professionally Uploaded portfolio assets from Google Drive Consistent branding across all platforms Google Sheet with profile links, usernames, passwords/login notes, status, and any pending verification steps Recommendations for any platforms that may require additional information, approval, or paid membership Important: Some platforms may require email verification, phone verification, ID verification, or business verification. I understand that not every platform can be completed without my involvement, but I need someone who can set up as much as possible and clearly tell me what steps require my action.
