Virtual Assistant – Operations & Admin Support Well Your World | Remote | Part-Time (10-20 hrs/week) | $8-12/hr About Us Well Your World is a fast-growing whole food plant-based food and content company. We sell healthy food products direct to consumer, run a thriving YouTube channel as our primary top-of-funnel, and produce content across multiple platforms. We're a small, lean team and we move fast. What We Need We're looking for a reliable, proactive VA to take specific repeatable tasks off the founders' plates so they can focus on content creation. This is not a creative role — it's an execution role. We need someone who is detail oriented, communicates clearly, follows through without being chased, and takes ownership of their tasks quietly and completely. Your Core Responsibilities Shopify & Website Management Enter new products into Shopify accurately and completely — descriptions, images, tags, pricing Enter blog posts into Shopify with correct formatting, images, and SEO fields Regularly audit the website for errors — broken links, outdated info, formatting issues, missing images Keep product pages current and flag anything that looks off Notion Management Maintain and update Notion databases and pages as directed Keep content trackers, project boards, and reference docs organized and current Create new pages and templates as needed Content & Creative Support Create Canva assets from existing brand templates — social graphics, thumbnails, promotional images Set up and schedule YouTube events, premieres, and live streams in YouTube Studio Assist with content asset organization — naming, filing, keeping folders clean Admin & Data Entry Accurate and thorough data entry as assigned Research tasks as directed Any other repeatable execution tasks that keep the business running smoothly You're The Right Fit If... You need highly detailed step by step instructions for every task You go quiet when things get unclear instead of asking a quick question You only do exactly what's asked and nothing more You need a lot of check ins and follow up to stay on track Tools We Use Shopify Notion Canva YouTube Studio Slack Gmail Loom Experience with Shopify and Canva is strongly preferred. Everything else can be learned quickly.
