As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can help streamline operations, support client success, and contribute to our marketing initiatives. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments and can provide exceptional administrative support, remote operations management, client communication, and marketing assistance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and reminders • Organize documents, files, and internal systems • Assist with project and task management • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Email, CRM & Communication Management • Manage and organize email inboxes • Respond to client inquiries and routine communications • Maintain CRM records and client databases • Track leads, follow-ups, and client onboarding processes • Ensure timely and professional communication Client Success & Customer Support • Provide support via email, chat, and phone • Assist with client onboarding and ongoing engagement • Coordinate client appointments and program logistics • Monitor client satisfaction and support requests • Help maintain a positive client experience Social Media & Marketing Support • Create Canva graphics and branded content • Schedule social media posts across platforms • Assist with content repurposing and content calendars • Edit short-form videos using CapCut or Filmora, etc • Support community engagement and online groups Virtual Events & Team Coordination • Assist with webinar and virtual event coordination • Support event registration and attendee communications • Coordinate with team members and contractors • Help ensure smooth execution of online events and training Data Entry & Documentation • Maintain accurate records and reports • Perform data entry and database updates • Track project deliverables and deadlines • Assist with research and documentation as needed Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Assistant • Strong administrative and organizational skills • Experience managing calendars, email inboxes, and CRMs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Customer service and client support experience • Canva design experience • Video editing experience using CapCut and/or Filmora • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting coaches, consultants, or online businesses • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Monday.com) • Experience with webinar platforms and virtual events • Knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy • Experience working with high-level entrepreneurs and executives What Success Looks Like • Client communications are handled professionally and promptly • Calendars, inboxes, and CRM systems remain organized and up-to-date • Social media content is consistently scheduled and published • Projects move forward efficiently with minimal oversight • Clients receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey To Apply Please submit: 1.
