We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Operations Coordinator to support daily business operations, research, project coordination, social media organization, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Operations & Project Coordination - Manage tasks and workflows using tools such as Asana, Trello, or ClickUp. - Follow up with team members to ensure projects stay on track. - Maintain SOPs, project documentation, and organized records. - Provide regular progress updates and recommendations. Social Media & Content Support - Assist with content planning, scheduling, and organization. - Research content ideas, trends, and engagement opportunities. - Coordinate with content creators and editors when needed. Requirements - Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent online research and written communication abilities. - Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.). - Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. - High attention to detail and strong follow-through. Preferred Skills - Social media support experience. - Vendor and product research experience. - Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow management tools.
