About the Role We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing business operations. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple tasks across digital marketing, administration, and client outreach. Minimum Requirements - At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. - Proficiency in Canva for creating professional graphics and marketing materials. - Experience using Wix for website updates and basic website management. - Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other productivity platforms. - Experience with social media management, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Reliable internet connection and computer. Key Responsibilities - Create and edit marketing materials using Canva. - Update and maintain websites using Wix. - Utilize AI tools to assist with content creation, research, and administrative tasks. - Manage social media accounts, content calendars, and engagement activities. - Conduct cold calls and outreach on behalf of clients. - Assist with lead generation and business development activities. - Perform general administrative and virtual assistant duties as required. Bonus Skills - Sales or telemarketing experience. - Experience with CRM systems. - Basic copywriting and content creation skills. - Digital marketing knowledge. Commission Opportunity In addition to your hourly compensation, you will earn commission for successful client outreach and lead generation that results in new business opportunities.
