Bilingual Virtual Assistant / Digital Project Coordinator for Music Event & Social Media Promotion I am looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant / Digital Project Coordinator to help with an upcoming music, arts, and community event. This role will support event coordination, social media promotion, outreach, scheduling, follow-ups, and general project organization. I need someone reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to keep things moving without needing constant supervision. This is a short-term project to start, with the possibility of ongoing or full-time work depending on performance and project needs. Main Responsibilities Help organize tasks, deadlines, and priorities for the event. Create and maintain a simple project tracker or task list. Assist with social media planning and posting. Help create a basic social media content calendar. Draft captions, messages, and follow-up emails. Coordinate outreach to artists, partners, venues, sponsors, guests, and community contacts. Track who has been contacted and who needs follow-up. Help organize files, links, images, documents, and event information. Assist with promotional planning before the event. Provide regular updates on what has been completed, what is pending, and what needs attention. Ideal Candidate The ideal person is organized, communicative, and proactive. You should be comfortable working independently, asking good questions, and helping bring structure to a busy creative project. Experience with any of the following is a plus: Event coordination Music, arts, nonprofit, or community events Social media management Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Facebook Events, LinkedIn Canva Google Drive / Google Docs / Google Sheets Trello, Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar tools Email outreach and follow-ups Bilingual English/Spanish communication First Trial Task To start, I would like to do a small trial project. The first task will be to help organize the current event information into a clear action plan, including: A list of priorities A basic timeline A social media posting plan A contact/follow-up tracker Suggested next steps If the trial goes well, this can become an ongoing role with more hours. Requirements Strong communication skills Very organized and detail-oriented Able to meet deadlines Comfortable with social media and online tools Able to work independently English required Spanish is a strong plus Schedule and Budget This project will start with approximately 5–10 hours per week. Less than 30 hrs/week Hourly rate depends on experience. I am looking for someone in the range of $15–$20/hour, with potential for more hours if the collaboration goes well.
