Summary

We’re looking for a versatile Virtual Assistant to support our founders with daily operations, project coordination, and admin tasks. The role will start at 10 hours per week with the potential to grow into a full-time position within the next 2–3 months. Our goal is to bring someone onboard who is proactive, organized, and reliable — someone who can take ownership of tasks and help us gain back valuable time. Training and SOPs will be provided, but autonomy, resourcefulness, and excellent communication skills are key. 🎯 Responsibilities (Progressive Growth) Calendar & Communication Management Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure priorities are respected. Send follow-ups and reminders to the internal team. Keep communication smooth between the founders and the rest of the team. Administrative Support Organize and maintain administrative and financial documents. Assist with basic accounting (invoice tracking, payment follow-up). Ensure deadlines and obligations are met without reminders. Project Coordination Support ongoing projects by tracking progress and ensuring follow-through. Prepare briefs, organize notes, and handle small research tasks. Help founders stay on top of priorities and action items. Content & Visual Support (optional growth) Review and correct documents (emails, reports, articles). Create simple visuals on Canva for social media, emails, or presentations. Email Marketing (optional growth) Assist with setting up and monitoring campaigns. Analyse des rĂ©sultats et suggestions d’amĂ©lioration. 4. TĂąches Administratives et ComptabilitĂ© Suivi et organisation des documents administratifs et financiers. Gestion basique de la comptabilité : saisie des factures, suivi des paiements, etc. 5. Soutien OpĂ©rationnel Quotidien Organisation des agendas et suivi des prioritĂ©s des fondateurs. Participation Ă  des projets spĂ©cifiques et missions ponctuelles en fonction des besoins. Techniques (pas besoin d’ĂȘtre expert dĂšs le dĂ©but) : FamiliaritĂ© avec des outils tels que Canva, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), et des plateformes d’emailing comme Mailchimp ou Sendinblue. Une expĂ©rience en comptabilitĂ© ou en gestion administrative est un plus. CompĂ©tences et ExpĂ©riences Requises : Excellente MaĂźtrise du Français : Un niveau avancĂ© en français est indispensable, avec une attention particuliĂšre portĂ©e Ă  la grammaire et Ă  l'orthographe. Aptitudes en RĂ©daction et RĂ©vision : CapacitĂ© Ă  rĂ©diger clairement et Ă  corriger efficacement tout type de contenu. CompĂ©tences en CrĂ©ation Visuelle : ExpĂ©rience avec Canva ou des outils similaires pour la crĂ©ation de contenus graphiques. ExpĂ©rience en Email Marketing : Une familiaritĂ© avec les campagnes d'emailing et les outils associĂ©s est un plus. Polyvalence et Autonomie : CapacitĂ© Ă  gĂ©rer plusieurs tĂąches simultanĂ©ment, avec un sens aigu de l'organisation et une grande autonomie.
