Summary

We are looking for a reliable, professional virtual assistant to manage guest and tenant communications for a small portfolio of rental properties. The properties consist of commercial properties, residential properties, and one Airbnb property. The majority of communication will be during normal business hours; however, for the Airbnb property, you may receive evening and night messages. To show you've read all of this, begin your cover letter with the word Apple. Open Shifts (Atlanta, Georgia time – EST): • Morning shift: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM • Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM • Full day shift: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Please indicate in your application which shift you are applying for. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to Airbnb guest messages • Handle tenant communication across multiple properties • Manage incoming inquiries via Facebook Messenger for salon suite listings • Maintain a professional, friendly tone across all communications Requirements: • Excellent written and spoken English • Reliable internet connection • Available during your chosen shift, Monday through Sunday • Prior experience in property management, Airbnb hosting, or customer service preferred You should be personable, friendly, and know how to de-escalate situations. You should be comfortable handling upset guests or complaints and working toward resolutions.
