Virtual Assistant – Short-Term Rental Operations We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing short-term rental business. We manage 23 vacation rental properties in Florida and need someone who can provide excellent guest communication and reservation support. Schedule: 7 days per week, up to 16 hours per day (coverage-based role) Responsibilities Respond promptly to guest inquiries via Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, and direct bookings Review new reservations and verify guest details, pricing, and pet disclosures Process pet fees, early check-ins, late checkouts, and reservation extensions Monitor and follow up on guest issues to ensure timely resolution Review daily arrivals and departures Respond to guest reviews and help maintain high guest satisfaction Update reservation notes and maintain accurate records Escalate urgent issues when needed Submit daily reports and task updates Requirements Excellent written and spoken English Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Fast response times and ability to multitask Customer service experience Experience with Airbnb, Guesty, Hospitable, or similar property management software preferred Ability to work independently and follow established procedures Ideal Candidate Previous experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, customer service, or property management.
