Company: Tegan's Tooth Gems (TTG) — tooth gem supply, education & mentorship brand Type: Part-time, ongoing (long-term relationship for the right fit) Platform: Upwork / Fiverr About Us Tegan's Tooth Gems is a supply, education, and mentorship brand for tooth gem professionals. We're looking for a detail-oriented VA to own our social media inbox and support our email marketing so nothing slips through the cracks. What You'll Do Immediate priorities: Respond to social media inquiries (comments + DMs) across our platforms with warm, on-brand, exceptional customer service Handle a backlog of email campaign builds — starting with all holiday emails and coupon code campaigns QA every email before and after it goes live: check links, discount codes, merge fields, segments, and automations to confirm everything is firing correctly Ongoing role after initial buildout: Full email campaign management (building, scheduling, QA'ing recurring and one-off sends) Full social media inquiry management (comments + DMs, timely and on-brand responses) Must-Haves Exceptional written customer service skills — friendly, clear, and able to represent a brand voice consistently Deep, hands-on understanding of email marketing platforms and the logic behind them — automations, triggers, segments, tagging — not just building single campaigns Experience with ActiveCampaign specifically preferred Proven ability to catch errors before they go out (broken links, wrong codes, mistagged segments) Comfortable managing a shared inbox/DM queue across multiple platforms without dropping messages Self-starter who can take a rough brief (e.g. "build the Black Friday sequence") and execute without heavy hand-holding Nice-to-Haves Experience with e-commerce/beauty or education brands Familiarity with coupon/promo code logic in email platforms Social media management across Facebook and TikTok How to Apply Please include: A brief note on your experience with email automation logic (not just "I've sent emails before") Explain your experience with managing other social media accounts, be as detailed as possible so I understand your understanding of the scope of work.
