Virtual Assistant – Social Media Management (US-Based Only)

We’re hiring a US-based Virtual Assistant to help with social media management. This role is part-time with set weekly hours, and we’re looking for someone creative, reliable, and detail-oriented, most importantly, someone who responds promptly to emails and communicates regularly as required with the rest of the Team. What you’ll do - Create & edit social media content (images, carousels, short-form video) - Write engaging captions and repurpose existing content - Schedule posts and manage content calendars using our dashboard - Research trends, hashtags, and content ideas - Track and report on engagement metrics - Organize files, update trackers, and support admin tasks - Join occasional customer meetings to review content & updates Skills we’re looking for - Canva (must be comfortable or willing to learn) - Video editing software (Veed, CapCut, Opus etc.) - Basic copywriting and proofreading - Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest - Strong organization and time-management - Clear and timely communication (written & verbal) - Self-motivated, reliable, and deadline-oriented Job Details - Hours: 19.5 per week - Schedule: Tue/Wed/Thu – 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM ET - Rate: $20/hour - More hours may be available for the right person
