Virtual Assistant II (Social Media)

We’re hiring a creative Social Media Manager Virtual Assistant with strong graphic design background, experience using various AI tools and excellent AI prompting skills. You’ll create social media content, schedule posts, build/clean email lists and assist with proposal writing. Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and AI tools like Higgsfield, Claude Cowork is essential. What you'll do: Primary: - Create content (Graphics, Reels, Videos) - Schedule posts (Sendible, Later, Google Sheets) - Create reports for various projects Secondary: -Clean and enrich email lists -Update and maintain CRM records -Write proposals from templates we provide What we need: -Strong written and spoken English - Tech savvy - know how to write AI prompts for videos, graphics and captions -Organized and detail-oriented (most important) -Comfortable prompting AI tools, not just basic use - A design eye: you can tell good from bad and fix it - High energy , ambitious, curious and wants to grow Details: 25 hrs/week to start, can grow to 40 based on performance Flexible hours, overlap with Mountain Time preferred Training and templates provided $3.10/hr during training, higher after you pass based on performance Weekly Zoom meetings for project updates
