Virtual Assistant — Social Scheduling & Community Moderation (part-time, ongoing)

We run an anonymous, investigative finance brand. We need a reliable part-time VA to handle scheduling, posting, and community moderation so the team can focus on content. What you'll do: - Schedule and publish content across X, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram (provided on a calendar). - Moderate and reply to comments/DMs using provided templates and a brand voice guide; flag anything sensitive to us. - Manage verification-report intake: receive requests, check they include the required info, organize the queue. - Light admin: track weekly metrics, maintain the content calendar, keep assets organized. You're a fit if you: - Are organized, reliable, responsive, and detail-obsessed. - Have run social scheduling / community management for a brand before. - Write clean English in a consistent brand voice. - Are comfortable signing an NDA and working under a pseudonymous brand. Logistics: part-time, remote, ongoing. We'll start with a 2-week paid trial, then continue based on results.
