About the Role We are an established, high-volume ticket brokerage operating across primary platforms and secondary marketplaces. We’re hiring an experienced Virtual Assistant to own day-to-day inventory management, fast purchasing, dynamic repricing, and order fulfillment. This is a fast-paced, detail-critical role: you’ll be buying during competitive on-sales, adjusting list prices in real time as market conditions shift, and ensuring every order is delivered accurately and before deadline. Mistakes here cost money, so accuracy under pressure is non-negotiable. This is an ongoing engagement for someone who already knows the resale ecosystem cold — not someone we’ll need to train on the basics. What You’ll Do • Purchase inventory quickly and accurately during high-demand on-sales, presales, and drops • Reprice active listings in real time across marketplaces in response to demand, comparable inventory, and event proximity • Fulfill orders promptly: ticket transfers, mobile delivery, barcode/screenshot delivery, and last-minute fulfillment ahead of marketplace deadlines • Maintain a clean, accurate inventory ledger (event, section/row/seat, cost basis, listing price, status) in Excel • Reconcile purchases, sales, and marketplace payouts; flag discrepancies • Monitor multiple platforms and accounts simultaneously without errors or double-sales • Communicate status in real time via WhatsApp during active buying and fulfillment windows Required Experience (Strict — do not apply without these) • Hands-on experience managing ticket inventory for a high-volume broker • Proven, active experience with the DICE app, AXS, and Tao Rewards • Experience with comparable platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, StubHub, Vivid Seats, TickPick, CrowdVolt, Eventbrite) • Proficient in Microsoft Excel — comfortable with formulas, filtering/sorting, pivot tables, and maintaining large inventory sheets cleanly • Demonstrated speed in purchasing during competitive on-sales • Demonstrated speed and judgment in repricing listings to maximize sell-through and margin Strongly Preferred • Experience with an inventory management system / POS (e.g., Skybox, Broker Genius, or similar) and automated/assisted repricing tools • Familiarity with ticket transfer mechanics across platforms (account-to-account transfer, mobile wallet delivery, AXS Mobile ID / flash-seat style entry) • Understanding of fulfillment deadlines and penalties on each marketplace, and how to avoid late-transfer or non-delivery flags • Awareness of common operational risks: chargebacks, canceled/duplicate orders, account flags, and how to prevent them • Experience managing multiple buyer accounts and payment methods in an organized, compliant way Skills & Attributes • Extremely detail-oriented — section, row, and seat accuracy every time • Calm and fast under pressure during peak buying windows • Highly responsive and reliable; you treat on-sale times as hard commitments • Strong written English and clear, concise communication • Self-directed; able to make sound repricing calls without hand-holding Logistics • Availability: Must be reliably available during U.S. on-sale windows (commonly weekday mornings, plus weekends). Flexibility across time zones is essential. (Specify your required hours/time zone here.) • Tools: Excel, Slack and/or Discord, plus the platforms listed above • Engagement: Ongoing, with a paid trial/test period to verify speed and accuracy on real tasks How to Apply Please include: 1.
