Virtual Assistant – Vendor Portal Data Entry (MSP / IT Support)

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to manage simple vendor portal entries for our Managed Service Provider (MSP). What you’ll be doing: Taking information from our internal tickets (SupportCandy / Nimble Nerds ticketing system) Copying and pasting that information into various vendor portals Completing 15–20 work orders per day Each entry takes approximately 5 minutes Double-checking details before submission Flagging any missing or unclear information This is very straightforward work — essentially copying content from one platform and pasting it into another. No complex decision-making required. Schedule: Monday to Friday during business hours Consistent daily workload (currently 15–20 entries per day) Volume is expected to grow over time Requirements: Strong attention to detail Comfortable working with web-based portals and ticketing systems Good written English Reliable and consistent availability during business hours (Mon–Fri) Previous data entry or virtual assistant experience preferred Experience with MSPs, IT support, or vendor portals is a plus (not required) To Apply: Please include: A short introduction about yourself Your relevant experience with data entry or portal work Your availability (hours and timezone) Your hourly rate We’re looking for someone careful, organised, and dependable.
