Virtual Assistant & Video Editor for Ad Agency

We're a small, boutique YouTube ads creative agency producing performance-driven, UGC-style video ads for tech/software brands. We are looking to bring on a reliable virtual assistant to help with both video editing and day-to-day operational tasks. This is a role that has the potential to become long-term and grow in hours and responsibility as we scale. What You'll Do: Video Editing side: - Cut down and organize raw creator footage - Create edited/polished videos (following detailed instruction) - Basic captions, trims, graphics Admin & Operations side: - File and folder organization in Google Drive - Renaming and tracking files/folders per our internal naming system - Project tracking and status updates - Slack communication with our team and creators - Other recurring everyday tasks What We're Looking For: - Someone comfortable with basic video editing software (CapCut, Premier Pro, etc.) - no video edits we make are extremely complicated, but basic proficiency is needed. - Strong attention to detail - Good written English for Slack/email communication - Reliable, communicative, and able to work independently once trained In your application, please include: - A quick note on your video editing experience, and a portfolio if you have one (not necessary) - Your availability - Anything else that makes you a good fit for this role or that you'd like us to know!
