🧑‍💼 Virtual Assistant – Customer Service & Booking Support (Start 4 Hrs/Day – Long-Term Potential) Remote | AEST (Sydney) Timezone | Upwork Only We’re ShareMyRoom, one of Sydney’s fastest-growing accommodation agencies. We're looking for a reliable, proactive Virtual Assistant with customer service experience and ideally some exposure to booking platforms (like Airbnb, Booking.com, or NewBook). This role starts at 4 hours/day as a paid trial, with the opportunity to grow into a long-term, full-time position for the right person. ✅ Requirements: Excellent spoken and written English Strong background in customer service, hospitality, or admin Familiarity with booking systems or willingness to learn Steady internet, smartphone, quiet environment for calls Must be available from 8:30am AEST (Sydney time) 🛠 Your Tasks: Answer guest calls & messages (via softphone app) Manage and update listings (Airbnb, Gumtree, Flatmates, etc.) Handle guest support via email, phone, and social media Support team with admin (task management, basic data entry) Report to our Admin Manager 📹 How to Apply – Video Required You must upload a short video (max 3 minutes) answering the following questions: Why do you want to work with ShareMyRoom?
