Virtual Assistant and Customer Management

We are a growing online business looking for a highly organised and reliable VA/Operations Manager for an ongoing long-term role. You will be responsible for a mix of recurring data and admin tasks, payment tracking, light graphic design work and also some use of Instagram messaging. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, takes ownership of their tasks, and gets things done without needing to be chased. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Data tracking and transferring across Google Sheets and other platforms, keeping everything accurate and up to date on schedule. Monitoring and managing failed payments and following up where needed. Light graphic design work using Canva or similar tools for social media content. General VA tasks including admin, organisation, and anything else needed to keep operations running smoothly. Instagram potential client messaging and follow up. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Strong experience with Google Sheets and data management. Comfortable handling payment tracking and basic financial admin. Confident using Canva or similar tools for simple graphic design. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Able to work independently and meet recurring deadlines without reminders. Good written English for communication tasks. Experience in an online business or coaching environment is a bonus. TOOLS YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH: Google Sheets, Google Drive, Canva, Newie or similar payment platforms, Instagram. HOURS AND STRUCTURE: Part-time ongoing role with recurring weekly and monthly tasks.
