Virtual Assistant for B2B Lead Generation & List Building

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong experience in B2B lead generation. You’ll be helping my sales team build consistent client acquisition for my video and content marketing company, Copper Sprocket Ltd. We’re a team of filmmakers and content strategists with clients in industries like luxury travel, finance, and B2B services. Your Responsibilities: * Research and build lead lists of UK-based luxury experience companies (typically £1.5–5M turnover) * Identify decision makers (Founders, CEOs, Heads of Marketing, etc.) * Add accurate contact details (name, role, email, LinkedIn profile, website, niche notes) * Keep a simple CRM spreadsheet updated with statuses: contacted / replied / booked / follow-up needed Tools We Use (or You Should Be Comfortable Learning): * LinkedIn (Sales Navigator or standard) * Apollo.io or Clay (optional, but nice to have) * Google Sheets / Notion * Loom (to exchange updates) Requirements: * Excellent written English (clear, concise, and non-pushy tone) * Strong attention to detail — this is not a scraping job; quality over quantity * Ability to work independently, meet goals, and communicate clearly * Prior experience supporting creative agencies, service businesses, or consultancies a big plus * Bonus: Experience researching UK companies or working with UK-based clients Time & Budget: Initial term is fixed, but with scope to expand to an ongoing basis.
