We're looking for an experienced B2B Appointment Setter to book qualified meetings with digital marketing agencies, media buyers, and businesses that advertise online. This is a long-term remote position with a fixed monthly salary plus uncapped commission. Top performers can earn $250–$5,000+ per month. Responsibilities * Prospect and reach out to qualified B2B leads. * Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels. * Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers. * Book high-quality appointments for our sales team. * Follow up with interested prospects. * Keep CRM updated with accurate notes. * Meet weekly and monthly appointment targets. Requirements * Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, SDR, or Lead Generation Specialist. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Experience with cold outreach and lead generation. * Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar tools. * Able to handle objections and build rapport with business owners. * Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. * Experience selling SaaS, digital marketing, or advertising services is a strong advantage.
