Virtual Assistant for Business Acquisition

We are looking to acquire Property Services companies in the UK - HVAC, Electricians, Plumbing, Cleaning, PPM and Passive Fire Protection that meet the following criteria: 1.⁠ ⁠Turnover between £1m and £10m; 2.⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years in business; 3.⁠ ⁠Signs of owner fatigue (age, wording on site, job posts, reviews, etc.); 4.⁠ ⁠Good companies with poor profit margins. Firstly, by using appropriate research 'scraping' methods (e.g. Apollo), we require a detailed database comprising: 1.⁠ ⁠Company name; 2.⁠ ⁠Website address; 3.⁠ ⁠Owner name(s); 4.⁠ ⁠Years in business; 5.⁠ ⁠Primary market(s); 6.⁠ ⁠Asking price (if publicly listed); 7.⁠ ⁠Other notes on acquisition fit. We will be offering this paid ‘Test Task’ to 5 candidates as follows before engaging one of them on a longer term arrangement: Find 10 independent Property Service companies in the UK of these businesses that meet the above criteria: Passive Fire Protection, HVAC, Commercial Cleaning. Include owner names and why you think they may consider selling and be a good acquisition. Subsequent tasks will involve further vetting of appropriate companies and contacting the owners to set up meetings using an appropriate CRM system. This job would suit VA’s with Property Service related experience and who understand Property Services terminology. Experience in M&A research and Lead generation for acquisitions desirable.
