Summary

We're looking for a super-effiicient Virtual Assistant to support our busy General Manager. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support - Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and records. - Assist with project management tasks, including tracking progress and deadlines. - Conduct occassional research and compile data - Perform other administrative tasks as needed Your Qualifications - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This job can be either part or full time. We can discuss! The business is UK based so you would need to be available for at least some, if not all, UK office hours.
