We are a growing unclaimed funds research and recovery business looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant to help prepare, submit, and track unclaimed property claims across multiple U.S. states. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, follows processes carefully, and can work independently. Responsibilities Prepare unclaimed property claim packets using our documented process Complete claim forms accurately Gather and organize required supporting documents Submit claims through state websites or by mail, depending on state requirements Track claim status in our CRM or spreadsheet Follow up on outstanding claims with state agencies when needed Maintain accurate records and organize digital files Communicate progress and provide regular status updates Requirements Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with online forms, spreadsheets, and document management Comfortable learning different state unclaimed property systems Strong written English communication Ability to handle confidential information professionally Reliable internet connection and computer Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with U.S. administrative support Experience processing legal, financial, insurance, or government paperwork Familiarity with unclaimed property claims is a plus (training will be provided) Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Airtable, or CRM software Training We provide step-by-step training, written SOPs, and video tutorials. Prior experience with unclaimed property is not required if you are a quick learner and pay close attention to detail. Hours Part-time to start (10–20 hours per week) Opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance To Apply Please include: A brief introduction about yourself.
