Virtual Assistant for Content Creation

Overview I'm hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant for recurring daily work supporting a content / Amazon Influencer business. Some content is provided ready-made — you upload and publish it. Some posts you'll create yourself using ChatGPT, following my instructions and templates. What matters most is consistency, reliability, attention to detail, and comfort working with AI tools. Responsibilities 1. Daily content publishing: Pinterest — 3 posts Facebook — 3 posts (business page + personal page) YouTube — 2 posts + 2 Shorts Instagram — 1–2 Reels TikTok — 1–2 Shorts Ensure correct upload every time (captions, formatting, links) and follow the posting instructions exactly. 2. Content creation: Create some posts and captions yourself using ChatGPT, based on provided templates and rules. 3. Product QA: Check product listings for errors and fix them. 4. Inbox management: Respond to Amazon messages and emails. 5. Brand outreach: Message brands that submitted requests in the provided spreadsheet (using templates). Daily workflow Recurring work, done daily in scheduled sessions (morning / midday / evening) to keep posting times consistent. All assigned tasks completed every day without gaps. Reporting & communication Send a short daily report confirming completed tasks. Immediately flag any issues (login problems, upload errors, account restrictions, listing errors). Maintain clear, timely communication. Requirements Strong written English. Hands-on experience posting to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest (Reels/Shorts, feed posts, stories). Experience using ChatGPT to create copy/captions. High attention to detail; ability to follow instructions precisely. Comfortable with Google Sheets and managing an inbox. Reliable internet; able to work daily across scheduled sessions. Nice to have Experience with Amazon Seller/Influencer or affiliate content. Terms Hourly rate: $4/hour.
