Virtual Assistant for Content Repurposing & Affiliate Link Management | Lifestyle Creator

The brand: I'm a full-time home and lifestyle content creator looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help me repurpose content across platforms and keep my affiliate links running smoothly. Instagram is my main platform, and I need help extending that content across other platforms so nothing gets left on the table. The work: You'll take my existing short-form content and adapt it for other platforms, make sure everything posts and links correctly, and keep my affiliate storefronts up to date. This is recurring, ongoing work that keeps my content ecosystem consistent and working hard across every channel. What you'll be responsible for: Repurposing short-form content onto platforms like Lemon8, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok (sourced from my Instagram content) Checking links and adjusting keywords on auto-linking platforms like Pinterest, making sure everything works correctly after automatic repurposing runs Reposting and linking products on LTK, ShopMy, and my Amazon storefront Flagging anything broken, mismatched, or underperforming so we can fix it quickly Skills I'm looking for: Hands-on experience with most of these platforms (Lemon8, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Pinterest, LTK, ShopMy, Amazon storefront) — if you're missing one or two, that's okay Solid understanding of keywords and how to optimize them for search and discovery Strong attention to detail, especially with links and product tagging Reliability and consistency with recurring weekly tasks Good communication and the ability to flag issues proactively How we'll work together: We'll be working closely, so clear communication matters to me. I'm looking for someone organized and dependable who can take a process and run with it, ask questions when something's unclear, and let me know right away if a link or repurposing step isn't working as expected.
