Virtual Assistant for Daily Google Business Profile Updates

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage our Google Business Profile. This is an entry-level, ongoing position with a very straightforward daily workflow. ## Responsibilities * Post one Google Business Profile update each day * Upload one relevant photo to the Google Business Profile each day * Use AI to assist with creating the written content * Select appropriate photos from our CRM and existing company photo library * Make sure posts are accurate, professional, and properly formatted * Keep track of completed daily postings We currently manage three active Google Business Profiles. However, we will start with **one profile** so we can establish the workflow and evaluate performance. If everything goes well, the position can expand to managing all three profiles and potentially additional marketing and administrative responsibilities. ## What We Provide We will provide: * Access to the Google Business Profile * Access to approved company photos * AI tools and/or prompts for creating content * Instructions and examples * A simple daily workflow You will **not** be expected to write marketing content from scratch. ## Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: * Is dependable and consistent * Has strong attention to detail * Can follow written instructions * Has good basic English * Is comfortable using AI tools * Has experience with Google Business Profile or is willing to learn * Can complete a small task every day without needing reminders Previous Google Business Profile experience is helpful but **not required**. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for additional responsibilities and hours if you perform well. ## Hours Approximately **2 to 3 hours per week initially**.
