Virtual Assistant for Data Entry

We are seeking a reliable Virtual Assistant with strong Data Entry and Data Collection skills. The candidate will be responsible for organizing information, maintaining records, and supporting various administrative tasks. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: Perform accurate data entry in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems Collect data from websites, directories, PDFs, and online sources Convert PDF and scanned documents into editable formats Clean, format, and organize large datasets Manage spreadsheets and update records regularly Handle administrative and virtual assistant tasks Ensure data accuracy and consistency 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Previous data entry or virtual assistant experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Fast typing speed with high accuracy Excellent organizational skills Ability to follow instructions carefully Reliable internet connection and computer access 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: CRM data entry experience WordPress data entry PDF to Excel/Word conversion Data cleaning and formatting 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Freelance / Remote Flexible working hours Long-term collaboration opportunity
