Virtual Assistant for Digital PR

Hey there! We’re on the lookout for a detail-loving Virtual Assistant to help us out with media outreach and digital PR for our super cool, fast-growing SaaS company. What You'll Be Doing: - Use JournoFinder to find the right journalists and media opportunities - Create and keep up-to-date media lists - Dive into research on journalists’ recent articles and what they cover - Write personalized outreach emails and follow up with contacts - Keep track of outreach activities, responses, and any media coverage we get - Stay on top of industry trends and media opportunities ### What We’re Looking For: - Great written English skills - Strong research and organization chops - A keen eye for detail - Ability to write friendly and professional emails - Comfortable working independently and sticking to our processes Nice to Have: - Experience in PR, journalism, content marketing, SEO, or link-building - Familiarity with tools like JournoFinder, Muck Rack, BuzzStream, or similar - Background in the SaaS or tech industry What Success Looks Like: You’ll play a key role in getting us media coverage, backlinks, interviews, and speaking gigs by connecting our stories with the right journalists.
