Virtual Assistant for Door-to-Door Sales

I’m seeking a reliable, organized, and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to become a long-term partner in helping grow my year-round door-to-door sales organization. This is much more than a typical assistant position—I’m looking for someone who can help build recruiting systems, strengthen our online presence, generate quality leads, and improve day-to-day business operations. If you’re proactive, dependable, and enjoy taking ownership of projects, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a fast-paced company. Schedule: Part-time on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays with flexible hours. You must be responsive, dependable, and able to meet deadlines. Responsibilities include: managing Instagram and other social media platforms, responding to messages, qualifying recruiting leads, sourcing and recruiting sales representatives, creating and managing job postings on Indeed and LinkedIn, scheduling and conducting virtual interviews, maintaining CRM systems, organizing databases, performing data entry, generating recruiting and B2B leads, assisting with branding, AI content creation, marketing strategies, workflow development, applicant tracking, and follow-up communication. You’ll also help create scalable recruiting and onboarding systems that support long-term business growth. Qualifications: Strong communication, organization, and time management skills are essential. Experience with recruiting, talent sourcing, social media management, CRM platforms, LinkedIn, Indeed, lead generation, or administrative support is preferred. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus. You should be comfortable working independently, maintaining confidentiality, solving problems, and taking initiative without constant supervision.
