Virtual Assistant for Ecommerce

We are looking for a dedicated, highly organized, and tech-forward VA/EA to join our team and act as the "Human in the Loop" to run, manage, and scale our eCom operations. Roles & Responsibilities: * Manage and monitor daily store operations across Shopify, Klaviyo, and other eCom channels. * Work hand-in-hand with Sterling CoWorker (sterlingcoworker.com) in Slack to run store audits, draft marketing campaigns, and compile KPI reports. * Act as the final quality gate: review, refine, and approve the automated drafts, ad reports, and email sequences generated by Sterling CoWorker before they go live. * Coordinate team communication, task updates, and operational workflows 100% inside Slack. * Keep store data, customer lists, and bookkeeping integrations running smoothly and accurately. Key Requirements: * Slack Mastery: You must be comfortable managing multiple channels, threads, and app integrations. All team and tool communication happens here. * eCommerce Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (managing orders, inventory, and listings) and Klaviyo (monitoring campaign open rates, managing lists, and editing email drafts). * Proficiency with Sterling CoWorker: You must be proficient with (or ready to immediately master) our AI coworker, as it is integrated into 100% of our daily workflows. * Proactive & Dedicated: You do not wait to be told what to do.
