Your primary responsibility will be identifying relevant opportunities, tailoring resumes and cover letters, completing applications, and helping secure interviews on my behalf. I am an experienced tech sales professional with 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive and Sales Manager. My goal is to transition into a leadership-focused role while also exploring strategic customer-facing opportunities. Target Roles Focus on opportunities including: Sales Manager Regional Sales Manager Director of Sales Team Lead / Sales Team Lead Business Development Manager SDR/BDR Manager Account Executive Manager Customer Success Manager Strategic Account Manager Enterprise Account Manager Account Growth Manager Revenue Operations Leadership Roles Sales Enablement Leadership Roles Location Requirements Search for: Remote positions across Canada Hybrid positions in Toronto, Ontario Hybrid positions within reasonable commuting distance of Niagara Region High-growth startups and established SaaS companies Responsibilities Job Research Search LinkedIn, company career pages, Wellfound, Otta, Indeed, and other relevant job boards Identify opportunities that align with my experience and career goals Maintain a tracking spreadsheet of all opportunities Application Management Complete job applications on my behalf Tailor my resume to align with each position Create customized cover letters using my background and experience Highlight relevant accomplishments and leadership experience Submit applications within agreed guidelines Interview Generation Prioritize opportunities with the highest likelihood of securing interviews Monitor application status Track recruiter outreach and responses Help organize interview schedules Reporting Provide a weekly report including: Jobs reviewed Jobs applied to Interview requests received Recommended opportunities Market insights and trends Ideal Candidate Previous experience supporting executive or professional job searches Strong English writing skills Experience writing resumes and cover letters Familiarity with SaaS, technology, and B2B sales roles Understanding of sales career progression and leadership roles Highly organized and detail-oriented My Background You will be representing a candidate with: 4+ years in SaaS and technology sales Experience as both an Account Executive and Sales Manager Leadership experience coaching and developing sales professionals Expertise in outbound sales, pipeline development, forecasting, account growth, and strategic customer relationships Experience working with high-growth technology companies Success Metrics 25-50 high-quality applications submitted per week Consistent interview generation Strong alignment between applications and target roles High-quality customization of resumes and cover letters Organized tracking and communication
