Keystone Shed Repair (keystoneshed.com) is a licensed and insured shed repair company based in Douglassville, PA. We specialize in restoring sheds rather than replacing them — handling everything from roof replacement and siding to doors, windows, flooring, and painting. We're a growing small business looking for a reliable VA to help manage our customer-facing operations. Overview We're looking for a part-time virtual assistant to serve as the front-line point of contact for our customers. This is approximately 20 hours per week and requires availability during normal business hours (Eastern Time, Monday–Friday). Responsibilities - Answer inbound phone calls and return missed calls promptly - Schedule shed evaluation appointments - Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner - Put together estimates based on provided job details - Send follow-up messages to leads and customers - Manage tasks and communications within our CRM Requirements - Fluent English — both spoken and written, with minimal accent. You will be speaking directly with customers on the phone, so clear communication is essential. - Available during Eastern Time business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) - Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) strongly preferred - Experience with ClickUp strongly preferred - Prior experience in a customer-facing or home services admin role is a plus - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls Details ~ 20 hours/week (part-time, no full-time requirement) - Long-term engagement preferred - Please include a voice sample or short video introduction with your application
