Summary

We’re looking for a virtual assistant to manage and follow up with advertising leads for our martial arts academies in California. Responsibilities include contacting each new lead within five minutes, making follow-up calls and sending text messages, updating CRM records, and following our scripts and follow-up system. The workload is expected to include no more than 7–10 new leads and about 30 calls per day. We’re seeking someone reliable, organized, and comfortable handling phone and text outreach in a part-time role.
