Summary

We are seeking a virtual assistant to manage multiple companies using CRM, Airtable, emails, documents, and other admin tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM and Airtable, and be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and job does require some phone calls to US based customers. This is a part-time role with a long-term engagement.
