Virtual Assistant for Music Artist

Seeking a virtual assistant to help build marketing and outreach databases for an independent Southern Soul recording artist. Initial project is RESEARCH ONLY. We are currently promoting a new single called "Do My Thang." Responsibilities: Influencer & Creator Research Find 100 U.S.-based influencers and content creators who meet MOST of the following criteria: Audience primarily Black adults ages 30-65 Content focused on line dancing, stepping, Southern Soul, cookouts, family reunions, dancing, lifestyle, or entertainment Follower count between 10,000 and 500,000 Strong engagement (views and interaction relative to follower count) Active within the last 30 days Not music artists or record labels For each creator provide: Name Platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) Profile link Follower count Average views/engagement Contact email or preferred contact method Brief note explaining why they are a good fit Podcast Research Find 50 podcasts that meet MOST of the following criteria: Audience primarily Black adults ages 30-65 Topics include Southern culture, music, entrepreneurship, relationships, entertainment, Black culture, women's issues, LGBTQ+ culture, or lifestyle Average audience size of approximately 5,000+ views, downloads, or listeners per episode Active within the last 60 days Accept guest interviews For each podcast provide: Podcast name Host name Website Social media links Audience size (if available) Guest submission/contact email Brief note explaining why the audience is a good fit Deliver all information in a Google Sheet.
