Virtual Assistant for Online Editor Work and Simple Visual Design

I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented remote assistant to help with an online learning content editor. The project involves creating visual learning cards for medical education. The medical content will be fully prepared by me. You do not need to write or deeply understand the medical content yourself. Your task is to carefully enter prepared content into an online editor, add/select matching visual symbols, and later arrange these symbols into a simple comic-style visual scene based on clear instructions. This is a good fit for someone who is comfortable with copy-paste work, online tools, and has some creativity for arranging visual elements. Responsibilities: - Create a new learning topic in the online editor - Copy and paste prepared text into the correct fields - Enter prepared facts and symbols - Add/select visual symbols based on instructions - Arrange symbols/images into a clean and understandable comic-style scene - Check for copy-paste mistakes - Complete editor to-dos when instructed - Communicate task status clearly in Slack Requirements: - Very reliable and detail-oriented - Good English reading skills - Comfortable with online editors and web tools - Able to follow structured instructions carefully - Some creativity for arranging visual/comic-style scenes - Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Slack, or similar tools is a plus - Medical background is helpful but not required Payment: This is a fixed-price ongoing project. Hourly Rate would be 10$/hour We will start with 1 paid test task to see if the workflow works well. If the collaboration works well, this can become an ongoing project with regular tasks. Important: You will not need to create the medical content yourself. Your role is to carefully transfer prepared content into an online editor and arrange visual symbols in a simple, creative way.
