Virtual Assistant for Operations

We are hiring a full-time virtual assistant to work directly with our operations and production team. Responsibilities include tracking purchase orders, following up with overseas factories, updating production and inventory spreadsheets, verifying quantities and pricing, organizing shipping documents, coordinating packaging and labeling requirements, assisting with wholesale and retail orders, and escalating delays or discrepancies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, fluent in written English, strong in Excel and Google Sheets, and comfortable managing repetitive follow-up across multiple projects. Experience with Shopify, ApparelMagic, EDI, CommerceHub/Rithum, fashion, jewelry, supply chain, or production coordination is preferred.
