Virtual Assistant for Pianist

I am a performing pianist and music academy owner seeking a virtual assistant to manage emails, bookings, and invoices. The role involves coordinating schedules, handling client communications, and ensuring smooth operations. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. We use mymusicstaff.com platform for piano lessons. Looking for someone with business experience or experience as an assistant, who is eager, available for 2-4 hours Monday to Friday, is a quick learner, and would be able to meet virtually daily for 1 hour between 9 and 4pm EST and is responsive to whatsapp/email. Passion for music, following tasks, writing emails without grammatical or spelling errors, and willingness to learn are a few important parts of the role.
