Virtual Assistant Needed: Real Estate Facebook Outreach + Appointment Setting We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help run a real estate investor outreach process. Your role will be to watch our training videos, learn the outreach system, post and reply inside Facebook groups, start conversations with real estate investors, and help set appointments on our calendar. This is a hands-on implementation role. We already have the training, scripts, process, and examples. We need someone who can study the material, follow the system, take action daily, and report back clearly. What You Will Do You will help with three main things: 1. Watch training videos and learn the process You will be given training videos and written instructions. Your first job is to understand how the outreach works. You will learn: who we are trying to reach what types of real estate investors we want to talk to what Facebook groups to use what posts to make how to comment on other people’s posts how to identify serious buyers, flippers, landlords, and investors how to reply without sounding spammy how to move a conversation toward an appointment how to track everything properly You do not need to create the strategy from scratch. You need to learn the system and execute it carefully. 2. Post, comment, and reply on Facebook You will go into approved Facebook groups and help create conversations with real estate investors. This may include: posting approved Facebook posts commenting on relevant posts piggybacking on posts where investors are already commenting replying to people who respond to our posts sending approved DMs when appropriate asking short qualifying questions identifying people who may be a good fit for a call The goal is not to spam people. The goal is to find real estate investors who are actively buying or want more deal flow, start a normal conversation, and see if it makes sense to schedule a call. 3. Set appointments When someone is qualified, you will help move them toward booking a call. You may: ask follow-up questions share available calendar times send the booking link collect their name, phone, email, and basic buy box confirm whether they booked update the tracker with the next step You will not be expected to hard-sell anyone. The job is to start conversations, qualify interest, and help the right people get scheduled.
