Summary

We are seeking a full time virtual property manager who oversees all aspects of the business. The candidate must be organized, fast-pace detail-oriented, have high proficiency in Yardi Breeze and able to manage our US SFR Portfolio. Responsibilities include handling tenant inquiries, processing rent payments and invoices, leasing and renewals, collections, payment of invoices, and coordinating maintenance requests. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and be proficient in Yardi Breeze. This is a full-time role with a long-term engagement.
