I am looking for a reliable administrative assistant to support outreach for speaking, training, keynote, and workshop opportunities. This role will involve sending professional emails to prospective organizations, tracking leads, updating spreadsheets, and helping keep communication organized. The ideal person is detail-oriented, responsive, comfortable with email communication, and able to keep accurate records of contacts, follow-ups, and outreach progress. Responsibilities include: Sending outreach emails to prospective training, speaking, and keynote event contacts Tracking leads, contact information, and follow-up dates in a spreadsheet Organizing responses and helping identify strong opportunities Updating data entry records accurately and consistently Assisting with scheduling, reminders, and basic administrative tasks Maintaining clear communication about progress and completed work Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, email outreach, CRM tools, or lead tracking is helpful. Strong writing, organization, and dependability are important for this role. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys administrative support, outreach organization, and helping a growing speaking and training business stay on track.
