Virtual Assistant for Social Media and Admin Tasks

About the Role: I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with social media content creation, managing brand deals for me + reaching out to brands, editing, research, and general admin support for my online business. The role is about 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with flexibility as long as tasks are completed on time. What You’ll Be Doing: 1. Edit short-form video videos/youtube (simple cuts and captions) 2. Reach out to brands for collaborations on behalf of me 3. Creating presentations / social media content 4. Assist with general admin tasks — scheduling, tracking projects, managing files, etc. 5. Communicate daily via WhatsApp to stay aligned on tasks What I’m Looking For: 1. Strong English communication skills 2. Experience using CapCut, Canva, or similar editing tools 3. Reliable WiFi and laptop 4. Organized, proactive, and able to follow clear instructions 5. Comfortable learning new tools quickly Nice to Have (Bonus Points): 1. Previous experience in marketing, social media, or ad editing 2. Familiarity with TikTok or Instagram content 3.
